About this trip

Argentina is traveled from north to south and from the city to the ice. This program begins in Buenos Aires — tango, notable cafes, and architecture that looks toward Europe — and goes down to Los Glaciares National Park, where the Perito Moreno breaks in front of the walkways.

It ends in Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world, between the Beagle Channel and the Fuegian forest of Tierra del Fuego National Park. Ten nights, three destinations, and all domestic flights sorted out, so all you have to do is look out the window.

Highlights

  • Panoramic city tour of the Civic Center, San Telmo, Palermo, and Recoleta.
  • Full-day excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier, with its panoramic walkways.
  • Half a day in Tierra del Fuego National Park, up to Lapataia Bay.
  • Ushuaia as a base: Beagle Channel, Martial Glacier, and the End of the World Museum.
  • International and domestic flights between each destination, and private transfers to and from the airport.
