Every pre-designed travel idea on our website by default includes the following: accommodation with breakfast, private transfers, private activities, concierge service, and assistance insurance throughout the entire trip. However, they are just travel ideas, since all our programs can be customized, while always reserving the right not to offer standalone transfer and excursion services without the purchase of accommodation. Flight services can be requested should they be needed.

We have a response commitment of 24 to 48 hours from Monday to Friday, and in case we take longer due to a lack of information, we will let you know immediately.

Upon confirming your reservation, an advisor will assist you from start to finish: itinerary adjustments, documentation, recommendations, and support for all your needs during the trip. At the end of the trip, we will contact you to ensure we have met your expectations.
We accept all types of credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers and deposits in dollars and pesos. Credit card payments are processed in Mexican pesos at the exchange rate of the day.
All of our cancellation policies, as well as terms and conditions, will be detailed in each customized itinerary, where they will vary depending on each included service.
