About this trip

Chile is a 4,300-kilometer ribbon between the Pacific and the Andes, and this journey traverses all of it. It begins in San Pedro de Atacama, continues through the lakes and volcanoes of Puerto Varas, heads down to Puerto Natales to enter Torres del Paine National Park, and flies to Easter Island, the most remote inhabited island in the world.

Fourteen nights, five destinations, and all domestic flights included, including the hop across the Pacific to Rapa Nui. An entire country, from end to end and from the salt flats to the ocean.

Highlights

  • Sunset in the Valle de la Luna and the Ckari viewpoint, in the Los Flamencos National Reserve.
  • Full day in Torres del Paine National Park, with a box lunch.
  • Easter Island: Anakena, Ahu Te Pito Kura, and the 396 moai of the Rano Raraku quarry.
  • Frutillar and Lake Llanquihue, with the Osorno and Puntiagudo volcanoes in the background.
  • City tour of Santiago: La Moneda, Plaza de Armas, and the Cathedral.
